How does the 7 day unconditional money back guarantee work?

As simply and transparently as possible. If you decide to cancel during the first 7 days of your subscription then you will get a full refund, no questions asked. Note that this applies to our Managed Windows VPS plans, not our separate Server Management service.

Do you keep backups? Is my data protected?

We include daily backups at no extra charge for all of our Managed Windows VPS plans. Unlike most providers’ “all or nothing” disaster recovery, our backups let you request a restore for just your server, anytime, for any reason - a failed install, a human error, or a configuration mistake - and get it back to 100% working condition.

Can I have another version of Windows Server?

We install the latest version of Windows Server. For an older version, just let us know in advance and we can make it happen.

How long will it take to activate my order?

Your server will be provisioned as soon as your order and account are verified. To prevent fraud and ensure security, our automated system occasionally holds orders for manual verification. Final delivery depends on the completion of our Server Management workflow. Once you provide the required input, our team will handle the setup. Depending on the complexity of your request, this process typically takes between one day and one week.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my Managed Windows VPS plan?

You can upgrade your services anytime. Downgrading is currently not supported, as shrinking the hard disk is not possible without risking data loss.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. You don’t need any additional account, just your card.

Will I have RDP access?

Yes, you’ll have RDP (Remote Desktop) access to your server with full administrative rights. You can change existing software and Windows settings and install anything you need (as long as it complies with our TOS).

Can I purchase additional IPs?

Yes, but only with proper technical justification that cannot be resolved another way. Note that SEO reasons are not considered proper justification.
